Does Shay Labs sell ready made stock formulas?
No. Shay Labs focuses on custom formulation, formula transfer, and contract manufacturing rather than a public off the shelf formula catalog.
What is the minimum production quantity?
Qualifying Pilot and Accelerator projects may begin physical production at 500 units. Production ready direct manufacturing generally begins at 5,000 units. Formula, packaging, testing, components, and production setup determine final minimums.
Does Shay Labs manufacture toothpaste or supplements?
No. Shay Labs does not manufacture toothpaste, supplements, or ingestible products. Oral care capability is limited to qualifying custom mouthwash and cosmetic oral rinse liquids.
Can Shay Labs manufacture a formula developed somewhere else?
Potentially. The client must own or control the formula and provide complete percentages, raw materials, processing instructions, specifications, packaging, testing requirements, and prior production information for review.
Can Shay Labs help with packaging?
Shay Labs can support standard packaging selection, filling, closures, labels, assembly, and compatibility planning. Custom components, molds, decoration, and specialist testing may require outside suppliers.
